Hirshhorn Museum - Needle Tower

This is the Needle Tower which is located outside the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington D.C. It's a very tall abstract tapering tower sculpture that is made of aluminum tubes and stainless steel wire.

From this view, looking up from the bottom, it looks like some kind of crazy fractal representation or perhaps something from a dream.
