Shepherdstown Annex - Revised Building Use Diagram

This is a design I created with a small group to create an extension for a small town in West Virginia called Shepherdstown. It was designed with the intention of creating new housing units and a new shopping hub in the center, which can be seen in red. The large open area to the east is an outdoor amphitheater for concerts.

Multiple types of housing were designed to accommodate different housing types. Some are more typical houses while others are townhouses. All the designs were meant to mimic the existing towns architectural style.
